Overview

In this role, you drive procurement and logistics for EPC-based renewable-energy projects in Milan, ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials. You collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and project teams to maintain accurate material flows and compliant procurement documentation. You support tender participation and supplier evaluations, contributing to project delivery and risk visibility. Responsabilità

- Support procurement activities for EPC materials and equipment (modules, inverters, structures, MV/HV components)
- Manage RFQs, analyze supplier quotations, and contribute to supplier evaluation and negotiation
- Prepare and administer purchase orders and related procurement documentation (SAP)
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality requirements; escalate issues
- Prepare procurement documentation for tender participation




- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to sites; ensure on-time, damage-free delivery
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams on inventory control and non-conformance management
- Maintain procurement records aligned with procedures, traceability, and audit standards
- Collaborate with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quality and Finance to provide procurement progress visibility

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2–4 years in procurement, logistics, supply chain or related role in industrial, construction, infrastructure or energy environments
- Understanding of procurement processes, logistics, INCOTERMS and vendor management
- Experience preparing purchase orders and monitoring delivery schedules
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- ERP proficiency; SAP knowledge considered an advantage
- Fluency in Italian and English
