Overview

As an OES Customer Contact, you will be the first point of contact for customer needs and issue resolution. You’ll handle order entry, EDI follow-up, price data maintenance, payment reporting, and SAP-based customer data management. You will work in an international environment and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery. This role offers stable employment, a structured bonus, and flexible work options. Requisiti fondamentali

- Technical diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a sales environment (customer service or sales support)
- Verbal and written communication skills; problem solving attitude; commercial mindset
- Negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Native Italian; fluent in English; German helpful
- SAP basic knowledge; good knowledge of Office 365
