In this role you lead global OT cybersecurity initiatives to protect manufacturing operations, partnering with local factories, IT, and security teams. You drive governance, risk reduction, and secure operating practices across OT environments, shaping how sites adopt resilient cyber solutions. You’ll mentor factory teams, report on security performance, and advance cross-functional awareness and capability. This is a globally scoped, impactful position within a multicultural, technology-driven organization.

Responsabilità

- Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories and stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, Digital Engineering, IT, and Information Security
- Govern and deploy cybersecurity standards across OT environments (Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup & Recovery, Network Security)
- Implement OT Solutions ownership model and deploy service management practices with criticality assessments
- Support sites in identifying, assessing,



and resolving OT cybersecurity risks and actions
- Monitor cybersecurity performance and report risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigations
- Support OT teams in cybersecurity assessments, incident investigations, and remediation
- Deliver training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities across OT and other departments

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills for global, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, OT, Cybersecurity
- Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and ISA/IEC 62443, NIST or similar standards
- Understanding of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, industrial networks or related technologies
- Experience with risk management, vulnerability management, asset inventory, service management, cybersecurity governance
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience in global environments and working with diverse teams and cultures
- Fluency in English
