Overview

In this role you lead the construction phase of ZEB projects to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance. You collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and the client to execute planned activities while meeting contractual and environmental objectives. You monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure proper documentation and handover. This position lets you shape zero-emission building initiatives within a cross-functional team.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate ZEB project implementation across all operational phases
- Monitor progress to meet timelines and quality standards
- Manage project budget and control costs and revenues




- Ensure contractual alignment between Works Director and contractors
- Support Administration in supplier payments and invoicing
- Maintain interaction with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collect documentation for regulatory compliance per standards
- Communicate with client throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project documentation and final handover/close-out
