Overview

In this role you will be the main point of contact for Moneyfarm’s retail clients, guiding them through their investment journey with clear, actionable advice. You will represent Moneyfarm’s advisory voice, deepen client relationships, and help grow assets under management through proactive outreach. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and keep Salesforce up to date. This is an opportunity to influence investment outcomes at a pan-European fintech with a strong growth trajectory.

Responsabilità

- Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
- Develop strong knowledge of Moneyfarm's products and platform
- Manage a book of clients and actively reach out to grow assets under management via email, phone, or video




- Convey views of expert portfolio managers on investment strategies
- Provide clear, concise guidance to help clients reach financial goals
- Collaborate with other departments on projects to improve client experience
- Maintain up-to-date client information in Salesforce

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution
- Strong interest in commercial activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and a customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Enrollment recommended but not mandatory in OCF (Organismo Di Vigilanza dell'albo unico dei consulenti finanziari)
