In this role you drive the acquisition strategy for Italian customers and lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact acquisitions. You align pricing, governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver successful deals within established processes. You will collaborate across domains to ensure a consistent customer approach and contribute to ongoing improvements and knowledge sharing. Responsabilità

- Define acquisition strategy for emerging Italian customers
- Define, align and implement pricing strategy for acquisitions and quotations
- Lead cross-functional acquisition team and coordinate stakeholders
- Coordinate horizontal and vertical domains for cross-domain acquisitions
- Select and apply acquisition tools in line with processes and standards
- Identify acquisition-specific customer trends, market activities and competitor information
- Manage approvals including BAR and other business approvals




- Ensure acquisition governance and start-control activities for high-risk deals
- Check terms and deviations from standard Sales Business Frames
- Prepare NDAs, price indications and quotation letters
- Negotiate and close acquisitions within bottom-line framework
- Prepare lessons learned and continuous improvement actions
- Facilitate best-practice exchange across accounts and teams
- Ensure handover to project and client management
- Support customer surveys, KPIs tracking, and events
- Support organization of customer technical, innovation and business development events
