You will join a team working on international project, contributing to the development of innovative solutions while collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, multi-team environment. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and within budget.

? What You'll Do In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Manage and coordinate IT and software development projects end-to-end
- Lead distributed and cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Ensure project governance, delivery quality, and alignment with timelines
- Coordinate international stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities of technical teams
- Collaborate with development teams and external clients
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem solving

? Who We're Looking For Skills &

- Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the IT sector, including software development and client interaction.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and deployment standards.
- Proven experience managing projects in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- In-depth knowledge of Agile practices and artifacts (e.g., user stories, epics, backlog management, Definition of Ready/Done).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.




- Experience working in environments involving multiple development teams.
- Ability to foster proactive, self-organizing teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in English (required).
- Proficiency French (Plus).
