Overview

In this Account Executive role, you will drive growth in the Manufacturing and Automotive sector for Salesforce’s AI-driven CRM. You’ll build strategic account plans and partner with senior stakeholders to translate Salesforce value into business outcomes. You’ll address complex deals, collaborate across teams, and shape cross-functional solutions. This is a chance to impact major accounts with AI-enabled transformations at scale.

Responsabilità

- Own and develop account strategies to hit sales objectives and expand Salesforce’s platform footprint within assigned accounts
- Uncover business challenges and craft value propositions aligned to customer needs and technology solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, driving satisfaction, retention, cross-sell and upsell




- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support deal closure and customer success through value-based selling and industry insights

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience in enterprise software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to lead account planning, manage full sales cycle, and navigate large organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling into Manufacturing and Automotive sector in Italy, with knowledge of industry challenges and use cases
- Business fluency in Italian and English

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and team selling in a matrixed organization
- Ability to influence at the C-suite level
- Familiarity with Salesforce products
- Experience with Agentforce, AI, or data-driven transformation solutions
