Overview

As Project Scheduler in the M Renewables team, you will build, update and monitor construction schedules to meet deadlines, coordinating with managers and engineers. You’ll generate progress reports and forecasts for the project and clients, and develop risk management plans to protect timelines and budgets. You’ll support bids with tender plans and contribute to planning, reporting and monitoring across the execution pipeline. This role puts you at the heart of sustainable energy projects in Milan and offers a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsabilità

- Create, maintain and monitor construction schedules and plans to ensure deadlines are met
- Liaise with managers and engineers to review project progress and resolve issues




- Produce progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders under direction
- Create a risk management plan for the project
- Identify shortcomings and propose cost-reduction action plans
- Produce tender plans to support bids
- Handle planning, reporting and monitoring in line with the execution and development pipeline

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2+ years of planning experience in the construction industry
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills with MS Project
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 a plus
- Methodological approach
