Overview

In this role you will organize, plan, and execute production activities in your area, guiding Production Facilitators to maximize efficiency while upholding quality, safety, and delivery targets. You will collaborate with Plant Management and cross-functional teams to sustain production continuity and achieve business objectives. You’ll drive continuous improvement through Lean and CI initiatives and contribute to performance reviews with Senior Leadership. This position sits at a key plant within Eaton’s Mobility Group, offering opportunities to influence manufacturing in a global, dynamic environment.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate and manage departmental production activities in line with the production plan
- Set area objectives aligned with Plant and Corporate goals and monitor key KPIs
- Enforce HSE regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, HR, EHS, CI to resolve issues and support launches
- Lead CI initiatives using Lean and LSS, support Kaizen, RIEs,



and structured improvement plans
- Foster teamwork and employee engagement to achieve plant objectives
- Ensure product quality and lead problem-solving with the Quality team
- Define actions to reduce WIP, improve flow, and reduce costs
- Develop and evaluate Production Facilitator performance and communicate with Management
- Collaborate with HR on selection, evaluation, development, and disciplinary processes
- Implement Customer-Specific Requirements and support audits
- Promote training and onboarding to ensure workforce flexibility

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5 years of experience in manufacturing (direct or indirect) within structured industrial environments
- Experience managing production teams across multiple shifts
- Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, PFMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP)
- HSE knowledge including Workstation Risk Assessment and MoC
- ADKAR change management familiarity is a plus
- Microsoft Office and MES/ERP systems proficiency
- Fluent in Italian; good English communication skills
- Structured problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
