Overview

In this role you will drive the deployment of J&J's commercial strategy for Endomech/Energy in your territory. You will engage surgeons and theatre staff to explain technical features and train them in procedures, while supporting tender processes and end-to-end sales activities. You will lead data-driven projects, digital health initiatives, and health-economics insights to substantiate value propositions. This is an opportunity to shape adoption of innovative MedTech solutions and contribute to improving surgical outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Engage clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product features and train during surgeries
- Support public tender procedures and private contracts negotiations with end-to-end process ownership
- Develop data management & insights projects,



including predictive analysis based on data
- Contribute to Digital Health initiatives by supporting launched digital solutions and strategic execution
- Apply Health Economics knowledge to collect/analyze data and substantiate value propositions
- Promote Endomech/Energy products in the territory and manage related selling activities at a 360° level

Requisiti fondamentali

- Background in STEM or Economics with a Master's Degree
- Minimum 1 year of health sector experience; MedTech preferred
- Master Course in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management and/or Business Data Analytics or hands-on experience in these fields
- Fluency in Italian (native) and English
- Willingness to travel and be based in Lombardia (Brescia, Mantova, Cremona) or travel within the territory
