Overview

As part of KPMG Advisory’s Financial Services Team in Rome, you help drive business model transformation, process optimization, and digitisation for banks and insurers. You will work on strategic development, growth opportunities, and complex reorganisations that improve performance. You’ll engage on national and international projects shaping financial institutions’ operating models and digital initiatives. This role offers a meaningful chance to influence major financial sector outcomes and partner with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilità

- Define strategic development and growth opportunities in the insurance sector
- Develop industrial and business plans
- Conduct feasibility studies for new businesses and innovative products




- Manage complex strategic reorganisations and business integration deals
- Define and implement business strategy for major financial institutions (distribution networks, pricing models, etc.)
- Market benchmarking and evolution analyses of major financial market sectors
- Define operating models and performance improvement programs including innovative technological solutions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Management or related field
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a consulting company or multinational
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise complex tasks
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
- Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study or work experience abroad
