Overview

In this role you will oversee the performance of the supply chain, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate supplier development and industrialization, enforce quality documentation, and support both Purchasing and R&D in supplier evaluation and new component development. The position emphasizes proactive problem solving to reduce defects and unlock new technologies. This is a cross-functional role at Technogym, with a global scope and a strong focus on quality improvement and supplier collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate development and industrialization of suppliers
- Develop quality documentation for supply control
- Manage supplier delivery time planning
- Manage supplier qualification process
- Promote corrective actions for product deviations
- Support purchasing in evaluating/confirming new suppliers
- Support R&D; in developing new components/equipment




- Identify new technologies and supply opportunities
- Improve current processes to remove obstacles and defects

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Background as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, or R&D; Engineer
- Knowledge of industrial processes and technologies
- APQP, PPAP
- Experience in automotive, white goods, or automation industries is a plus
- English fluency (C1 CEFR)
- Problem solving with 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma)
- Process Auditing experience
