Overview

In this role you lead the development and industrialization of new packaging processes within Ferrero’s primary packaging team. You bridge marketing briefs with manufacturing requirements, guiding cross‑functional stakeholders through Stage-Gate projects from concept to pilot to full production. You drive innovation in packaging technologies while safeguarding quality, cost, and sustainability. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to scale solutions that support growth and business continuity.

Responsabilità

- Support development of new packaging and processes following Stage-Gate methodology
- Validate PoP concepts during lab scale and oversee pilot trials in Ferrero factories to meet KPIs and cost targets
- Scout and evaluate new packaging technologies and materials
- Manage lifecycle of packaging projects from design to homologation,



ensuring regulatory and Ferrero standards
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross‑functional stakeholders and manage risks

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Materials Engineering
- Solid experience in packaging, process development, or industrial R&D;
- Strong leadership and collaboration to influence decisions and guide cross‑functional teams
- Willingness to travel; ability to work in evolving international contexts
- Fluent in English and Italian; proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
