Overview

In this role you will drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation across Arrow’s digital workplace. You’ll partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI and collaboration use cases, lead solution design, and deliver secure, scalable workplace solutions. You’ll blend hands-on engineering with enablement, governance, and continuous improvement of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online. This is a strategic, hands-on position that shapes how AI and collaboration technologies empower teams globally.

Responsabilità

- Identify and prioritize high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases with business stakeholders
- Lead discovery and solution design workshops translating needs into practical technical solutions
- Design and develop proofs of concept, rapid prototypes and reference solutions
- Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, enablement materials and automation patterns
- Drive adoption through training, communications and change initiatives
- Provide hands-on engineering, administration,



troubleshooting and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 services
- Apply governance guardrails, usage guidelines and lifecycle practices for secure adoption
- Develop automation solutions using Power Platform, PowerShell and M365 integration
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, data protection and responsible AI principles
- Assess data readiness and integration options to propose practical approaches

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering
- Hands-on expertise administering Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
- Experience with Power Platform and PowerShell
- 1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or workplace AI (including prompt development, adoption support, Copilot Studio and AI agent development)
- Understanding of security, compliance and governance for M365 and Power Platform
- Senior, independent, ownership-driven mindset
- Strong consulting, workshop facilitation and technology adoption skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication for a global environment
