Overview

As a Project Engineering Manager in the Medium Voltage Switchgear segment, you drive the end-to-end execution of projects, aligning technical, commercial and schedule requirements. You work closely with customers, Siemens factories, suppliers and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and profitability. The role blends technical coordination with project leadership in a hybrid, Milan-based environment. You will influence cross-functional teams and shape project outcomes with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsabilità

- Lead project execution for MV switchgear in line with contractual and technical requirements
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics while tracking schedules, budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with customers, Siemens factories,



suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery and technical compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 3 years of project management experience in electrical or power distribution
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Knowledge of Medium Voltage switchgear and power distribution systems
- Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and electrical documentation
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers when required
- Strong results orientation, problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills
