Overview

As Lead Product Software Engineer, you will shape data-centric applications and platform services to support analytics, benchmarking, and reporting across multiple domains. You’ll steer technical direction while contributing to implementation, adopting OpenSpec and AI-assisted development to boost quality, productivity, and maintainability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions and mentor engineers toward engineering excellence.

Responsabilità

- Lead design and evolution of data-centric apps and platform services
- Define engineering standards, APIs, and reusable capabilities
- Build ingestion, processing, storage, serving, monitoring components for analytics
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions
- Contribute to data models, semantic layers, and shared services for dashboards and data products
- Promote AI-assisted development practices and specification-driven engineering




- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities for business value
- Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, security, observability, and cost efficiency
- Mentor developers and foster a culture of learning and innovation

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong software engineering or platform engineering background
- Solid backend development experience, ideally in .NET-based environments
- Experience designing data-intensive applications, APIs, or platform services
- Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, storage, serving and analytics
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools
- Familiarity with specification-driven engineering approaches such as OpenSpec
- Genuine interest in AI and cutting-edge technology
- Ability to evolve engineering practices through automation and new tools
