Responsabilità

- Create and update country-specific content with SMEs to simplify compliance changes
- Collaborate with global teams to collect information, resolve ambiguities, and ensure accuracy
- Participate in strategic projects such as Compliance Go-to-Market processes
- Audit and improve resources for accuracy, clarity, and usability across platforms




- Leverage analytics and feedback to improve content clarity, usability, and impact
- Design templates and guidelines to streamline content creation and reduce redundancy
- Work with Deel’s AI tools to enhance content discoverability and synthesis

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2+ years experience as a technical or compliance writer in a legal, SaaS, fintech environment OR 2+ years in customer support, learning & development, operations, content & communication
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups
- Excellent written and verbal English with high attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle shifting deadlines
- Ability to distill complex regulatory and operational information into clear, user-friendly content
- Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Figma, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with everyday AI productivity tools
