We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy The Electrical Engineer is part of the team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, components, and equipment. This role supports projects from concept through implementation by preparing technical specifications, performing calculations and analysis, reviewing designs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards, safety requirements,



and project objectives.What kind of work will you be doing?Participate in the design and development process of electronic boards and electrical systems.Prepare technical specifications, design documents, drawings, and engineering reports.Develop schematics using Siemens' Xpedition EDM PCB design software.Layout PCBs using Siemens' Xpedition EDM PCB design software or manage this activity with external collaborators.Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and technical analyses.Review designs to ensure compliance with applicable standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.Support testing, validation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.Identify and resolve technical issues during design, manufacturing, installation, or operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders.Select electrical components, materials, and equipment based on technical and project requirements.Support risk assessments, product improveme
