Overview

In this role you guide customers through their post-Go-Live journey, acting as a trusted Workday advisor. You’ll deliver targeted micro consulting, provide configuration guidance, and showcase Workday features to drive business value. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable adoption and ongoing success, blending expertise with practical optimization. The role offers exposure to leading organizations and a chance to shape how customers realize maximum value from Workday.

Responsabilità

- Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
- Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot product configurations to meet customer requirements
- Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
- Provide tailored one-on-one guidance (Optimization Packages)
- Offer one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
- Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)




- Maintain expertise and Workday Certification, stay updated on roadmap and industry practices
- Contribute to new programs to boost customer feature adoption
- Deliver other Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, requirements reviews, designs, deployments)
- Occasional travel up to 20%

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of IT implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting
- 2+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of: Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, PRISM
- Ability to understand Workday concepts as new features release
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear presentations
- Multitasking across engagements and deliverables
- Strong critical thinking for technical process issues and decision making
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (advanced degree preferred)
