Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of SaaS and custom e‑commerce projects, driving timely outcomes and quality. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to align scope, goals, and deliverables. You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication, using data to steer decisions. You will oversee vendor relationships and integrations, and capture learnings to improve future projects. This is a fast-paced role at an e‑commerce environment focused on delivering seamless customer experiences and business impact.

Responsabilità

- Lead e-commerce SaaS projects from inception to completion with on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate objectives, timelines, and requirements clearly to stakeholders
- Monitor progress, manage risks,



and use data to drive decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or SaaS
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Project management tools experience (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
- Strong understanding of SaaS models and cloud-based architecture
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
