Overview

In this role you join Medpace's Clinical Monitoring team in Italy to perform site-based monitoring activities for clinical studies. You will receive comprehensive training and work either remotely or from an office, contributing to study integrity and regulatory compliance. Responsabilità

- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring and closeout visits at research sites per protocol
- Communicate with site staff, coordinators and clinical research physicians
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities and resources




- Verify data through source documentation checks and ensure good documentation practices
- Ensure eligibility of enrolled subjects and perform regulatory document review
- Manage regulatory documents and accountability for investigational products/devices
- Review adverse events and related data to ensure accurate reporting
- Assess site patient recruitment/retention and suggest improvements
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing findings and recommended actions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master degree in health-related field
- CRA certification completed per DMC 15/11/2011
- Previous experience as CRA
- Willingness to travel 60-80% nationally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Italian
