ppAs our bAsset Operations Analyst /b, you'll ensure regulatory, contractual, and commercial compliance across a dedicated portfolio — working closely with technical, finance, and ESG teams to keep assets compliant, profitable, and aligned with our standards. /p pThis role plays a key part in protecting asset value and supporting bWiseEnergy /b's mission of enabling the global transition to clean energy. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead the management of commercial contracts (PPAs, SPAs, leases, EPC and OM contracts, market representation agreements) /li liOversee the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding new sites to integrating key terms into our systems /li liEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and licensing requirements /li liPrepare revenue budgets, forecasts, and support asset operating plans /li liManage insurance renewals, claims, and landowner relationships /li liSupport ESG compliance and reporting activities /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with technical and finance teams /li liDrive continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools /li /ul h3SKILLS COMPETENCIES /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: /p ul libExcellent communication and presentation skills (in English and Italian) - /byou must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling.
