Overview
As Site Security Manager, you lead and coordinate physical security for the Italian site(s), safeguarding personnel, facilities, IP, and critical assets. You’ll oversee security systems, supervise guards, and collaborate with law enforcement to ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports regional multi-site operations and aligns with corporate security standards in a dynamic, industrial environment. You will drive preparedness, investigations, and continuous improvements to security programs, making an impact on risk management and protection of assets.

Responsabilità
- Lead and supervise security workforce, including vendor guards and operations
- Develop and communicate investigative procedures; conduct sensitive investigations
- Manage security systems (Access Control, CCTV, alarms) and ensure performance and lifecycle upgrades
- Perform site risk assessments, inspections, audits, and emergency readiness planning
- Serve as primary liaison with Italian law enforcement, emergency services, and external providers
- Coordinate drills, investigations reviews, and field inspections to ensure high-quality service across shifts
- Train, certify, and evaluate security staff; oversee shift leaders and supervisors
- Support multi-site security operations and regulatory compliance across Italian sites
- Create, update, and enforce corporate investigative procedures and processes
- Preserve physical and intellectual assets through policy enforcement and risk-based oversight
- Prepare and participate in incident reviews and corrective action planning
- Maintain strong compliance with local regulations and corporate standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong command of physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, perimeter systems, alarms)
- Experience leading 24/7 security teams
- Familiarity with physical security standards and operational protocols
- Excellent decision-making under pressure and strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Italian and English
- Minimum 2 years in a security leadership role and experience managing guard forces
- Proven incident handling and professional reporting
- Experience in industrial or multi-site environments (advantage)
- Security-related training or certifications (advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required); ability to work with technical documentation in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
