Overview

In this role you own the PC4 OE Consumer Engineering activities for Stellantis in the EMEA region, aligning engineering with sales and quality throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to capture OEM requirements and drive on-time execution from homologation to mass production. You’ll engage OEMs face-to-face, report progress to top management, and champion sustainability initiatives as the OE voice. This is a chance to shape strategic partnerships and accelerate engineering for a core automotive segment.

Responsabilità

- Own PC4 OE Consumer Engineering activities for Stellantis accounts
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth account management at global and regional levels
- Capture clear OEM technical requirements and keep centers informed of project evolution
- Schedule regular OEM meetings to track progress, introductions, and trends with executive reporting
- Oversee technical and quality duties from homologation to mass production, including PPAP & QPRs
- Manage technical documentation using Data Base & SharePoint with Operations




- Represent OE Engineering in Cross Functional Teams and act as OEM voice
- Lead project management to deliver engineering activities on time and in line with business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities from OEM trends and support medium/long-term planning
- Drive short-term and mid-long-term initiatives to support Consumer business in Europe
- Engage emerging OEMs/start-ups and coordinate with new Horizontal Players
- Act as Sustainability OE function: coordinate actions in sustainability forums and respond to OEM speed

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in international R&D;/Engineering
- Strong R&D;/Engineering track record in Automotive
- Fluent in English; Italian and French recommended
