Overview

In this role you will lead project work within Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics team to deliver quantitative insights for financial services and other sectors. You will coordinate data collection, model development, and analyses, while mentoring analysts and coordinating with Partners to steer projects. You’ll collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain a healthy team rhythm. This is a growth-focused position with opportunities to travel and advance toward a leadership path.

Responsabilità

- Manage single or multi-project engagements, guiding deliverables from hypothesis to insights
- Develop and oversee data collection, model creation and analyses
- Conduct primary and secondary research and creatively address data gaps
- Provide technical and senior guidance to project teams and clients
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality outputs and maintain team energy




- Coach and develop Oliver Wyman and client team members
- Present results and implications clearly to stakeholders
- Navigate timelines and supervise analysts to ensure timely delivery

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with advanced analytics and data manipulation tools (R, Python, SAS, SQL, SPSS)
- Teamwork and collaborative work style
- Independent work under defined timelines
- Excellent Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Travel flexibility and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- Associate Team Leader: ≥3 years in consulting firms, banking, or financial institutions
