As such, teamwork, creativity, reliability and integrity are components of a work ethic taken very seriously since the company was founded in 1959. /ppbr/ppTradition is currently seeking to appoint an intern on a 6 month basis on our European Government Bonds Desk based in Rome. /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities within the Intern position include: /b /ppbr/pulliAssisting brokers in their daily activities. /liliBooking of trade tickets in the internal database. /liliPreparing daily PL and trade recaps, enhancing the efficiency and workflow within the desk. /liliCoordination between Front, Middle and Back Office for post-trade reconciliation. /liliDevelopment and optimization of desk tools, mainly by using VBA and Python. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role: /b /ppbr/pulliHighly motivated with a strong interest in financial markets and the wider market environment. /liliExcellent knowledge of financial markets,



interest rate products and derivatives. /liliFluent in both French and English. /liliStrong Excel and VBA skills, with experience developing and optimising tools. /liliKnowledge of Bloomberg would be advantageous. /liliStrong attention to detail, with a rigorous and organised approach to work. /liliProactive, dynamic and able to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams. /li /ulpbr/ppTradition do not accept agency CV’s.
