Overview
In this role you drive strategic contract negotiations and execution for Clinical Supply Services across EMEA and APAC. You partner with Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal to align contracts with commercial goals and legal standards, mitigating risks while supporting growth. You maintain contract records, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with internal and external counsel to ensure compliant, customer-centric agreements. This is a pivotal role for strengthening customer relationships and enabling efficient global supply.
Responsabilità
- Lead negotiation and execution of customer contracts to meet commercial and legal objectives
- Act as the primary negotiator on commercial terms with customers
- Assess contractual risks and recommend protective language
- Ensure contracts reflect company priorities and align with policies
- Maintain accurate contract records and status tracking
- Support process improvements and enhance customer experience
- Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Proven experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of commercial contract terms in Europe and the US
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working directly with customers and managing contract discussions
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
