HTLC Network, a Swiss business consulting company, is currently searching for a Local Consultant to provide Relocation & Immigration assistance to expatriates in Verona, Vicenza and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and proactive individual to join our team and work closely with our HR Mobility Consultants, who will organize and schedule the itinerary and services to be delivered.
Please note: this opportunity is open exclusively to candidates who hold (or are willing to open) an Italian VAT number (Partita IVA), as the collaboration will be structured as a freelance/self-employed engagement. Availability will always be agreed in advance between both parties on a case-by-case basis, according to actual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome expats providing a friendly environment
- Provide local orientation tours
- Accompany expats (and their families) in visiting properties for rent and other facilities such as international schools for children, gyms, doctors, etc.
- Accompany expats to immigration-related appointments and procedures, when necessary
Basic Qualifications:
- Valid Italian VAT number (Partita IVA), or willingness to open one
- Fluency in English (C1) to communicate with us and expatriates
- Fluency in Italian to communicate with local people and immigration authorities
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (in good conditions)
- Mobile phone and possibility to check email daily
Nice to Have:
- Experience with expatriates
- Good knowledge of the local area of Milan and facilities for expatriates
- Familiar with the local bureaucracy
- Real estate experience
- Work experiences abroad
