Commissioning Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and lead a team of specialist commissioning engineers.
- Ensure commissioning activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Oversee the definition, planning, execution, and quality of commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project commissioning targets, schedules, and performance requirements.
- Monitor progress and address issues to achieve successful project completion.

Key Activities:

- Coordinate all commissioning activities to ensure planned targets and milestones are achieved.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Lead and coordinate the commissioning team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with contractors and vendor representatives to ensure effective execution of commissioning activities.




- Ensure all contractor and vendor personnel are competent and fully compliant with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and procedures.
- Review and endorse official project documentation, including progress reports, work completion certificates, and handover certificates.
- Provide operational start-up support, technical assistance, and guidance during system handover and plant start-up phases.
- Monitor commissioning progress, resolve issues, and ensure safe and efficient project execution.
