Marketing is at the core of P&G.; Your role will be to build brand equities to fully meet consumers' needs and become the preferred product choice in your market; to build and deliver winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers, customer and competitive and ambitious environment.

Your responsibilities can include:

- Managing long term brand and product strategy planning, with specific focus of local market business;
- Contributing to the creation of new initiatives, including new brands, packaging, products and ideas;
- Developing local consumer insights and expertise, competitive and market understanding;
- Designing marketing plans focusing on media, sampling, alliances, endorsements, event marketing, consumer offers.

Job Qualifications

- Enrolled in "Categorie Protette" (L.68/99);
- Master students or recent graduates in a relevant field, with demonstrated leadership skills;
- Analytical thinkers and problem solvers, with outstanding communication skills;
- Able to set priorities and follow through on commitments, while working effectively with diverse groups of people;
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation and initiative, with a passion to win;




- Fluent in Italian and have excellent communication skills in English;
- Available for 6 months internship.
