Have you gained experience in a position related to handling warranty cases?

MSX is looking for a proactive Warranty Assessor to join our team in Rome.

The main purpose of the role is to review and assess all warranty claims according to Our Customer policies and technical procedures. You will evaluate claims, ensure correct allocations, and determine appropriate warranty responses, which are tracked in a database.

Responsibilities include reviewing claims for coding accuracy, ensuring repairs comply with reported faults and brand standards, and addressing dealer and workshop inquiries via email and phone. You will correspond professionally with dealers and Brand Management regarding claim evaluations and amendments.

Main responsibilities:





- Manage day by day warranty claims and/or pre-approval according with daily workload;
- Verify warranty policies and procedures application;
- Check claims integrity;
- Check claims correctness according with Customer systems;
- Address claims control according with Dealer behavior and deficiency;
- Communicate with Customer about cases in analysis;
- KPI results reporting

Working pattern:

- Location: Rome
- Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

- Knowledge of warranty terms and rules
- Understanding of workshop processes
- Proficiency in mechanical and electronic diagnostics
- Familiarity with technical documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective collaboration across functions
- Initiative, independence, and results orientation
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Italian and English
