Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of high-quality, foundational large language models through supervised fine tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback tasks. Lead and manage teams of 20+ Python, JavaScript, Java, and other language developers to execute technical tasks effectively.
Oversee project transitions from initiation to stable states, taking full responsibility for delivery.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an engineering management role.




~ Proven experience managing large technical teams in a delivery-oriented role.
~ Experience with Python or Java and JavaScript.
~ Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on motivating teams.
