The Engineering & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading the Automation Engineering, Maintenance, and Internal Logistics functions of the site. The role oversees the planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering projects, automation systems, maintenance strategies, and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance. This position partners closely with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering teams to drive operational excellence, manage capital investments, support business growth, and ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the role leads a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Automation LeadershipDevelop and execute automation engineering strategies aligned with site objectives and long-term operational needs.
Lead feasibility studies, engineering design, and project planning activities for new and existing manufacturing assets.




Define and manage capital investment plans and spending forecasts related to automation projects.
Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated production equipment.
Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions to improve plant productivity, reliability, and efficiency.
Manage engineering budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved costs.
Support engineering procurement activities, from technical requirements definition through supplier selection.
Project ManagementDevelop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and external contractors.
Monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, timelines, and company standards.
Manage change requests, contract variations, and project documentation.
Provide regular project progress updates to plant leadership.
