Role Summary

The Museum Manager - Museum of Senses Milano is responsible for the overall operational performance of the Milan location.

The role oversees daily operations, team leadership, visitor experience, and commercial performance, ensuring alignment with group standards and supporting the museum’s continued growth.





The position reports to the Group Commercial Director and Museum of Senses HQ.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily museum operations and visitor flow
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards
- Coordinate suppliers, facility services, and maintenance partners
- Guarantee safety, cleanliness, and functionality of installations
- Support operational efficiency and cost awareness
- Collaborate with Museum Managers across all locations

2. Visitor Experience
- Ensure a high‑quality, engaging, and consistent visitor experience
- Supervise visitor interaction and satisfaction levels
- Support training in storytelling and visitor engagement
- Monitor feedback, surveys, and online reviews
- Implement improvements to enhance the visitor journey

3. Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the museum team (admin, sales, guides)
- Manage staff scheduling and ensu
