In order to strengthen the legal team we are looking for a Privacy & Commercial Legal Counsel.

The main responsibilities related to the role are:
- Management of privacy related matters
- Management of pre-litigations / litigation matters re: Commercial & Marketing Business areas
- Support Business Network Development/ Sales Network in relation to drafting and reviewing different kind of contracts -English / Italian




- Support Commercial & Marketing Business areas in relation to legal issues and ensure compliance with sector regulations applicable in Italy/abroad and internal policies
- Preparing memoranda and opinions for the assistance of internal clients
- Elaborating standard agreements and archiving files
- Update and keep in order digital and paper records

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved Master Degree in Law University. Education/work experiences abroad would be highly appreciated.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to focus on delivery, ability to interact with business owners and senior management globally, including strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, lateral thinking and project management skills, ability to work independently combined with proactivity and under pressure.

Fluent English is required.
