- Responsibilities
- Organization of the Pizzeria´s kitchen including preparation, set-up, supervision and follow-up of our rich and amazing Pizza menu,
- Monitoring food stock, ordering and storing top quality goods (such as truffle) for the Pizzeria,
- Adopting innovative, healthy and low-fat ingredients to appeal to a larger audience (for example, vegan cheese and gluten-free kamut flour),
- Cooking innovative appetizers such as mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, bruschettas and focaccias,
- Creating, testing and recommending new recipes to update our menus,
- Preparation of pizzas out of our me
