Major Responsibilities
- Build and execute targeted account plans aligned with Organisation strategic objectives
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate customer and market segments to explore new growth potentia
- Collaborate with peer regional leaders to drive aligned business expansion
- Establish and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations
- Support accounts receivable management and ensure issue resolution
- Drive proactive customer engagement and innovation adoption
- Leverage sales and market data to steer team priorities
- Deliver high-quality, impactful customer presentations

- Align regional marketing initiatives with customer needs
- Foster collaboration across regions and internal functions

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial technologies and market dynamics
- Minimum 5 - 8 years in sales or business development, ideally within an industrial or electro-technical environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strategic customer relationships
- Strong leadership and people development abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- High proficiency in CRM and data-driven sales management tools
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
