About the role:
The R&D; Manager manages the R&D; spec & Deco department and he is responsible for internal management of R&D; projects. The R&D; Manager assist in translating our customer requirements into projects and new products, resulting in growth in volumes and margins for the overall businesses. The individual in this role will be a technical key contact and work with multiple resources within the BC organization, such as Production, Quality, R&D; and Sales.
