Romazzino a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda is looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team for the 2027 season.

You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, dedicated to delivering personalised, luxury services to our most discerning guests. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, while leading by example and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsabilities:
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
- Lead and support the restaurant team
- Deliver personalised and attentive guest service
- Coordinate effectively with the culinary team
- Monitor service quality, standards, and inventory

Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities




- Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations
- Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
