A major international player in the digital delivery and e-commerce sector is currently seeking a Field Account Manager to oversee their restaurant and retail partnerships across Tuscany. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand that connects millions of users with local businesses, focusing on driving commercial success and expanding market reach.
In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant for local partners, helping them maximize their potential on a leading digital platform. The position is based on a hybrid model, requiring you to spend three to four days per week traveling within the Tuscany region to meet with business owners face-to-face, with the remaining time spent working remotely.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of food and grocery partners.
- Analyzing partner performance to provide data-driven advice on increasing order volume and average basket value.
- Managing the onboarding process for new accounts to ensure they are optimized for immediate growth.




- Identifying opportunities to improve partner operations and overall customer satisfaction.
- Acting as a brand ambassador in the field to secure the platform as the preferred choice for local businesses.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A solid background in B2B sales or territory account management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate with business owners at all levels.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving industry.
- Strong organizational habits and the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A valid, clean manual driving license and a willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.

The compensation package for this position ranges from 37,200 to 51,000 Euro annually, which includes a base salary plus commission.
