Oversee production execution aligned with company values and priorities Promote and anchor a strong safety culture within area and teams Serve as communication conduit between shop floor staff and senior management Implement business strategy by assigning roles based on skills Identify and implement cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives Ensure regulatory compliance across local and national laws Direct teams to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals; escalate issues Ensure adherence to PWI, drive quality to zero operator defects, and secure NC work Set performance targets, monitor budget, and report variances Manage complaints from employees and customers; maintain timekeeping and records

Requisiti fondamentali

Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field Lean and problem-solving tool proficiency (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why) People management experience (≥3 years) Advanced English IT systems proficiency (MS Office, SAP) Effective people leadership Autonomous decision-making Strong interpersonal and cross-department communication Lean manufacturing Problem-solving methodologies (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-Why) MS Office
