Overview In this Field Service Engineer role at Cytiva, you will install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. You will represent Cytiva to clients, plan on-site service activities, manage stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities and revenue programs. The role is Italy-based (remote), with substantial travel to customer sites, and supports Cytiva’s mission to advance future therapies from discovery to delivery. You will work within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team to deliver impactful, life-science solutions.

Requisiti fondamentali

Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Very good mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting experience English language proficiency Willingness to travel approximately 70% (onsite visits and overnights) Mechanical skills Electrical skills Troubleshooting Windows OS PC/server networks and databases Travel readiness
