Overview In this role you will drive intelligent automation initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability across Campari’s global operations. You will work within the Technology & Services team to translate business needs into automated solutions using LCAP, RPA, process mining and AI. You will partner with IT, business units and external vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable automation programs. Your work will shape how global processes evolve and how value is realized through automation. Responsabilità
Deliver and govern Intelligent Automation initiatives with a focus on quality, value, scalability and reliability Identify, assess and prioritize automation, process mining and AI opportunities with business stakeholders Plan, coordinate and execute automation projects, managing timelines, risks and deliverables Analyze process data, surface inefficiencies and translate insights into actionable recommendations Collaborate with IT, architects and vendors to ensure proper design and integration with Campari’s tech landscape Engage stakeholders globally to gather requirements and promote adoption of automation solutions Promote reusable assets,
standards and scalable delivery models across initiatives Oversee platform usage, updates and vendor support; ensure security, compliance and continuity Manage day-to-day vendor interactions to maximize platform capabilities and alignment with objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field At least 5 years in Intelligent Automation, business process improvement or digital transformation in a global/complex environment Experience with automation delivery and RPA scenarios, e.g., Microsoft Power Automate Desktop or equivalent Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform; experience with Power Apps and other platform tools Understanding of IT systems, data flows and BPM; experience with process mining (Celonis and/or Microsoft Process Mining a plus) Interest or experience in AI-enabled automation and evolving Microsoft AI/agent-based solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Delivery-focused, with ability to balance hands-on work and long-term platform scalability Certifications such as PMP, Microsoft Power Platform, ITIL are a plus Strong analytical thinking Stakeholder management Clear communication to non-technical audiences Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop) Process mining (Celonis and/or Microsoft Process Mining) Low-code / automation design and integration
