Overview In this role you provide post-production support for SAP Vistex, combining functional and technical skills to troubleshoot, configure modules, and implement changes. Responsabilità
Provide L2/L3 post-production support for Vistex applications Gather and analyze client requirements for SAP Vistex components Configure Vistex modules and conduct multi-scenario testing Contribute to end-to-end delivery including design, go-live,
and hypercare Prepare solution documents such as functional specs and user guides Support integration with SAP SD Identify enhancement opportunities for clients
Requisiti fondamentali
7 years SAP experience Familiarity with SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes Ability to independently execute configuration and resolve issues Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Willingness to work across time zones Strong analytical thinking Clear and proactive communication Independent problem-solving SAP Vistex SAP SD pricing processes
