Overview As Lead Engineer, Mechanical, you will drive the end-to-end design of subsea connection systems, focusing on clamps and hydraulic connectors. You will work across global teams and ESPs to deliver parts, drawings, and documentation using CREO/IPEM and Teamcenter, while supporting fabrication and installation campaigns. You will own design reviews, ensure compliance with international standards, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet quality, budget, and schedule goals. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented role in a global, collaborative environment, offering opportunities to shape subsea products and processes.

Responsabilità

Develop subsea connector and clamp/hydraulic connector designs in line with international standards Coordinate and arrange design reviews and provide manufacturing, assembly, testing, and installation documentation Apply deep knowledge of subsea design methodologies,



quality policies, and industry standards Utilize ISO 13628, API 6A/17D/17R, ASME, NACE MR 0175, DNVGL, NORSOK, EUROCODE in design work Prepare and manage tasks for engineering release of parts, drawings, and documentation Collaborate with peers and ESPs to meet quality, budget, and timely delivery goals Support during Test and Assembly activities and manage non-conformance disposition Own design reviews across materials, manufacturing, and product safety/environmental considerations

Requisiti fondamentali

MSc. or BSc. in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) 5+ years of oil & gas experience with subsea equipment 3+ years with Teamcenter, CREO, and Office suite Ability to work autonomously in a global multicultural environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team player with good communication and coordination abilities team player attitude inclusive mindset strong communication CREO IPEM Teamcenter
