Overview As Senior Product Manager for IBD Transactional Offer, you shape and manage retail transactional products across Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks. You drive performance analysis, product changes, and lifecycle governance for cards, payments, wallets, and related services. You collaborate across markets to deliver a coherent, high-value customer experience and lead cross-functional initiatives in digital channels. This role offers exposure to international teams and a chance to influence digital payments strategy at scale.

Responsabilità

Monitor performance of transactional products across group banks with focus on commercial and profitability metrics Propose and implement product changes and remediation actions to improve performance Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation Co-design and monitor transactional products and channels across the group Lead implementation of transactional features in mobile apps, including cards, payments, and wallet functionalities Support development and enhancement of digital payment experiences (tokenized cards, wallets)



Manage product backlog and prioritize features by business impact and customer value Coordinate rollout across markets ensuring consistent product experience across channels Conduct marketing analysis and data-driven insights to inform product development Collaborate with Intesa Sanpaolo Italy functions on joint initiatives in product development Manage relationships with suppliers, payment networks, processors, and digital partners Share knowledge and best practices across the group and provide internal know-how transfer Work in a multicultural, multinational environment and communicate in English

Requisiti fondamentali

University degree or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or fintech Excellent knowledge of retail banking transactional business and technology, with focus on cards and digital functionalities Solid understanding of payment schemes, card networks, and banking infrastructure Fluency in English (written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Office tools Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Strong digital product mindset for mobile banking, digital payments, wallets, and related journeys Ability to coordinate product implementation across mobile apps and digital channels Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications Team-oriented with experience in international teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate international activities in multidisciplinary environments Good time management and deadline-driven delivery High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and adaptability Willingness to travel internationally presentation skills negotiation skills analytical mindset retail banking transactional products cards and digital functionalities wallet and tokenized card usage
