Technical diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a sales environment (customer service or sales support) Verbal and written communication skills; problem solving attitude; commercial mindset Negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach Native Italian; fluent in English; German helpful SAP basic knowledge; good knowledge of Office 365 communication problem solving positive dynamism SAP basic knowledge Office 365 EDI
