Overview In this role you will lead the Domestic Personal Care demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasts and optimal inventory. You will collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Planning to align on forecast, stock and service levels. You will improve forecast accuracy and support business growth in a dynamic FMCG environment. This position offers cross-functional impact and the chance to influence product launches, promotions and portfolio changes while partnering with production sites and external stakeholders.

Responsabilità

Lead the Domestic Personal Care demand planning cycle with cross-functional collaboration Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, stock availability, service level KPIs and identify risks Analyze historical sales, market dynamics,



promotional plans and customer behavior to develop forecasts Coordinate cross-functional alignment during S&OP; meetings Support product launches, portfolio changes and promotional activities with proper forecasting assumptions Collaborate with production sites and external stakeholders for planning execution Work with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Planning Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and operational efficiency

Requisiti fondamentali

2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting within FMCG Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Demand Planning & S&OP; knowledge Advanced Excel and demand planning tools proficiency Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset Languages: Italian native, Business English Stakeholder management Cross-functional collaboration Proactive and adaptable Demand Planning S&OP; Advanced Excel
