Overview In this role you help shape the SME onboarding and digital banking experience across ING’s international teams. You’ll analyze end-to-end SME processes, translate business needs into IT requirements, and collaborate with product, UX, risk, and operations to deliver frictionless activation. You drive digital onboarding improvements, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional execution to support the new business line’s targets. This is an opportunity to influence digital transformation in SME banking in a fast-paced, international context.

Spearhead digital banking solution implementation to improve SME client experience Lead digital warm onboarding from needs to macro-steps and subprocesses Engage with SME clients to gather insights and drive continuous improvement Identify and implement process optimizations for operational efficiency Elicit requirements and translate IT impacts for development teams Analyze data to inform strategic decisions within SME banking Collaborate with product Tribe, UX, Risk and Operations to design new functionalities Build reports for department use and analyze data Ensure cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Credit Risk, Finance

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in economics or engineering Minimum 2 years as a business analyst in financial services in an international environment Experience delivering IT projects across functions Experience with content management systems Experience with digital onboarding processes and capabilities Creative mindset for new content concepts Data analysis mindset and fluency Strong knowledge of retail and business banking Fluent in Italian and English Strong communication skills Collaborative across multifunctional teams Analytical thinking Experience with IT projects across functions Content management systems Data analysis and data fluency
